Case Studies
Two enterprise RightFax engagements at major Canadian financial institutions — delivered on time, on scope, with zero post-cutover incidents.
Led the full lifecycle migration of a financial institution's on-premises RightFax infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. Designed network and systems architecture, built out high-availability Azure infrastructure including load balancing, SQL integration, and network security controls. Integrated RightFax with MuleSoft via SDK, deployed the RightFax Web Portal via IIS, and concluded with RightFax Connect implementation — eliminating physical fax infrastructure entirely.
Managed and executed a complex 7-phase RightFax DiD SIP migration, transitioning from legacy PBX to a modern SIP trunk over three months. Each phase underwent formal CAB approval with ServiceNow change management. Coordinated directly with the telecom provider for DiD number porting, validated all configurations in a dev environment before production, and performed end-to-end testing after each phase. Concluded with full decommission of the legacy fax gateway.
